Nice to shop around

A nice and very large Russian style market with lots of different shops. We liked it! Free parking available.

Quite a distance from the center but definitely worth a visit. You can buy almost everything here. Specially the food area was interesting. Bus 99 ends here...

Excellent flea market takes place there every second and fourth Sunday of the month, perfect place for collectors of coins and Soviet memorabilia. Great place to spend time!

It might not be as sleek and modern as other shopping malls, but the variety of stuff they have on sale cannot be beat. I've seen plenty of foreigners who intially get turned off by this place, only to find themselves wandering around for hours after they get used to it. Visit it and see for yourself!

When you arrive to Kaunas, you are still thinking: where people go for shopping? Western like malls (Akropolis etc) and supermarkets are quite expensive for locals. Minimarkets everywhere have limited offer. The answer is Urmas, the biggest bazaar ("turgus") in Kaunas. You can buy anything there, you can bargain, they say there is 2000 "shops" in Urmas. Younger salesclerks speak... More

If you want a shopping experience a bit out of the ordinary – this is the place to go. They have everything from fresh fish and bathroom tiles to whoopee cushions and tombstones. A good advice is to go there before noon, since many of the shops close rather early.

What a place, you can buy everything here, including the kitchen sink. Food areas beautifully clean, 4 different warehouses, lots of places to eat and drink. Plus as an added bonus, beautiful old vehicles, that you can hire out. Even shops in an old railway carriage.

This is great! I love the Lithuanian cakes, strange looking but very tasty, love how cheap the grocery essentials are. I haven't purchased any presents from here yet but its all on my "I want that" list. One minus is they haven’t online shopping which would be great! This is like a huge Bazaar with international grocery items and low... More

We dropped in briefly to the market. I liked that it had a lot of fruits, vegetables, and various meats. I am guessing Lithuanians probably eat a lot of meat.
