Gorgeous to walk along the tree lined street. I really love Kaunas and I didn't even intend to visit it was happenstance.

When you walking down Vilniaus street you can head straight into Laisvės alėja. It has some bars, cafes, designer stores - like a normal pedestrian street. Here you can find central post office, musical theatre and at the end of the boulevard - St. Michael's...More

The boulevard has many restaurants and colors giving a pleasant ambience , especially at evening when people are out chatting and eating.

Its very long street with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants but not good for shopping.Shops are only few there with very high prices.Forget shopping and enjoy walk of coffee.
