Beautiful house so close to the water. A good landmark and a must for watch architect lovers from early 1900ies. In a good shape since renovated in 2003.
We had lunch next to E.Racene in a new restaurant (not on TA), and it was surrealistic to watch this beautiful old house. Just sad to se it empty and desolated.

Nice old building but it is not in use and is currently for sale. Good to use as a point of reference while walking on the beach. Shame that it is not used.
