We visited with a group and had great fun taking photo's of this surprisingly large sculpture which is situated near the Baltic Beach Hotel. Main conversation, in addition to how lovely he is, was "But isn't it actually a tortoise?"... discuss?!

You can't leave Majori if you don't have a picture with this turtle! Kids will love this. For big groups - make a line to get better shoots!

...it is a turtle. Take a picture with it. But don't hold your breath. It is just a turtle statue. Nothing spectacular.

This turtle was a highlight of our one day trip to Jurmala. Overall the place was dead and old, but this turtlestatue made my child' day. 😂 So point for that one.
