We were lucky to go on a nice sunny day. Interesting buildings with info on the outside. Some of the exhibits were closed. There is a small cafe near to the lake just before the exit, which was very good value for money.

One of my favourite museums in Latvia. Very rich collection. Provides good insight of how people were living in various regions in Latvia. Well tied with history, traditions and innovation. Great place for education for children.

Has anyone been to both Open Air Museums in Lithuania and Latvia and have a preference for one on or the other? Or should we visit both? Thanks!
