The walk across the bridge and a visit to the church is quite nice. You could see some water wildlife like Kingfishers. Takes you back in time and nice and relaxing.

We spent a week stay in the locality and visited the town several times to eat and wander. The bridge is worth visiting - easy to park nearby and lots of phot opportunities.

Lovely quaint little town with a pretty Roman bridge open to pedestrians worth a stop. Easy parking by the bridge. We love finding these small gems along the way.

Don't miss walking across this amazing bridge. The Lima river is breathtaking. The city plays music most of the day. The view of the city is great. And don't miss the garden off to the right after walking from Ponte de Lima.
