Absolutely incredible experience! The noise is just deafening! Make sure you take a coat because it is cold inside and the water is only 2 degrees and you will get soaked. Children under 4 are not allowed in. Great value for money at only 11chf!...More

I wasn’t too keen to stand in a line to go up an elevator inside a mountain to see a waterfall, but it was truly a wonder to see.

This was an awesome waterfall to view. If you think that the staubacch falls is spectacular wait till you visit this fall up close. It’s incredible how much it has carved and will continue to carve inside the mountain. There is raw power to this...More

Wonderful walk through tunnels next to thunderous waterfalls inside the cliff, viewing (probably) thousands of years of erosion of stone into interesting swirls and channels. Massive amounts of water. .

This was experience was amazing. There are about 10 glacier fed waterfalls that thunder through this mountain. The power of the water is amazing. An experience not to be missed. Be prepared for a moderate amount of stairway walking.

Truly breathtaking. In a valley with 20 plus falls this one is really nice. There is a walking path, a little steep in the beginning, that will take you almost under the falls.

You'll admire the scenery - glaciers and mountain tops - even more. You'll understand them better, how powerful and random it is. The place on the upper levels can get slippery so have suitable shoes with you.

But ferocious in an amazingly spectacular way when you're lucky enough to witness it! The falls rightly have UNESCO world natural heritage status. 11chf for adults 4chf for kids 15 and under. Cash only tickets. There are 10 accessible viewing points within the mountain and...More

Easily accesible by bus or walking from Lauterbrunnen. This enclosed waterfall has several vantage points and provides a spectacular example of the force of nature. The sound of the gushing water cascading between the rocks is awesome. The entrance fee of SF11is well worth it.

It wasn't crowded when we went in June which is not the high season. this would be a good place to visit on a cloudy or rainy day instead of paying to go up to Schilthorn or Jungfraujoch.

Its not dangerous at all. AM sure your kid would enjoy it. Its just that when you go very near, just take care of your kid as there would be bit of water splash & that makes the surface slippery.
