Not much to say here, ferry is fast, comfortable, runs on time and convenient. Ticket office is generally a little slow so best buying your tickets on line.

Clean and tidy ferry. Steady ride. Good staff who were helpful loading and unloading a pram. On time arrivals and departures.

Nice and easy way to get to Rottnest Island. Only takes around 30 min from B Shed and very clean. If you are going there on a nice sunny day, hire their bike to ride around the island. If rains get a hop on hop...More

Hi cbuss, It is compulsory, by law, to wear a helmet when riding a bike everywhere in Australia so the police on Rottnest are definitely vigilant about safety. We're glad you enjoyed yourselves and we'll see you next time. Thanks, Michelle

We booked the Rottnest Express online and booked bike hires as well, and it was so easy! The ferry is so plush inside, and there is a small snack bar and bathrooms. The ride was a bit rough due to high winds, and the crew...More

The ferry itself is quite clean and comfortable. The bit that lets down the ferry is the hire bikes. They are poor quality bikes that make all sorts of noises as you ride. Most are very rusted. Rottnest Island itself is amazing.

We went to Rotnest Island for a day visit. We booked the tickets on previous day with the bicycle's. Booking tickets one day in advance is recommended. The early and last boats are normally quite full. Boat's were punctual and in good condition. Nice experience!More

You’ll be throwing up everywhere. Pick a calm day and look for the conditions on the return time because when the sea breeze picks up that’s where it gets pretty rough
