Just a walking tour of the city

Nice easy walking streets and the Wharf was quite busy as well. Freo as it is called is quaint and has many old buildings and great architecture.

Fish and chips on the wharf in this working harbour is perfect and the bronze statues of fishermen past are incredible. Everyone will have a fabulous time, ice-creamery, restaurants, fresh fish, prawns & oysters or a great steak if that is your preference or drop by for a beer & pizza at Little Creatures. Open until late and best on... More

When the migrants from the Mediterranean islands arrived in Fremantle, they did what they knew best -- in other words, fishing. The Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbor is not very big, but it's a working port. You can have lunch at the Kailis seafood restaurant. The food is quite expansive, but diners get a good view of the Fishing Boat Harbor... More

This is a nice spot and highlights the fishing heritage of Fremantle, there are a couple of bronze statues which are very detailed. The views of the fishing harbour are nice and the location is good for food and drink with some of the big names in Fremantle on the quay.

Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbor stole my heart in 2006 and made me decide to make Australia my home. Now I work and live in China and enjoy Freo every time I return to Australia. There are many restaurants to choose from that offers nice views of the Harbor

Come down for fish and chips, an ice cream, a Beer or just a look. Lots of atmosphere. It can be crazy busy on the weekends. Some fishing statues to look at or take a photo off. Huge park across the road with play equipment for the kids. Easy walk from the centre of Freo.

get to Freo and see the natural attractions and take in the ocean, trawlers and the eateries. Family friendly and great for picnics.

With only a day to take in Fremantle, it just wasn't enough time. A beautiful harbour with statues, green grass, plenty of eateries and of course the boats. Fresh seafood restaurants, the brewery, coffee shops and more.

One of the most picturesque place around the sea side. We spent some time stroll along the wooden walk way, taking photo with the statues and watching the small fishes swimming beneath of the deck. There are plenty of seafood restaurants nearby a lot of choices.
