Amazing hike for my first fourteener! Got a really early start since I wasn't camping, but did notice the campgrounds looked nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this hike!

Start early and slow. There is no rush for the beautiful trail. The trail is one person width. It would be hard to miss the trail. Take a compass. Only Sprint service worked in our group. My t-mobile had no service. Take more water that...More

Great fourteener for a non first timer. Cute campground at the bottom (halfmoon). Nice to spend the night so you can get an early start. There is also a campground halfway up if you want to pack it in. The one on the way up...More
