I love visiting different springs with my family; this is probably our 5th spring. At Morrison there are nice bath houses near the parking lot, a tiny little beach, and a long boardwalk leading to a floating dock where it's perfect to jump in. A few brave (foolish) teens were climbing the trees next to the dock and jumping off... More

Seems like a nice adventure especially in warmer days and clearer water. My husband and I were out for a drive and ended up there. I found it on google maps. We will definitely go back in the spring.

I have a condo in Panama City Beach, and decided to do a little exploring. On the way to PCB a couple of weeks ago, I stopped here. Very nice!

Brought clients here on two occasions. Very happy with the conditions. Visibility was great to fair based on how many people are in the water and when the last flooding event occurred. Park staff do a great job keeping the parking lot clean. Can get crowded as it is a popular site for families. Prone to flooding and will be... More

I have visited many pristine springs in Florida, and based on reviews, couldn't wait to see Morrison. What a disappointment! I'm sure the recent bout of non-stop rains affected it, but the springs were a murky mess. Looked nothing like the photos plastered here and the springs' website. And to top it off, the state or county had plastered "high... More

We spent a few hours here on our way back to Missouri. The water was so clear! It was great for snorkeling. It was pretty crowded when we visited (Sat. afternoon) but there was still a lot of room to swim/explore. It was neat watching the scuba divers go in and out of the underwater cave. We kayaked a little... More

This place was very cool and beautiful but the bacteria level was too high for safe swimming, but thats nobodies fault, visiting PCB from Texas we will probably never make it to Morrison Springs again just wished it was swimmable, luckily Ponce De Leon State Park is right down the road so we were able to swim there.

Morrison Springs displays gorgeous clear aquamarine colored water surrounded by enormous cypress trees, a small beach area for chairs, a large covered picnic area, boardwalks, restrooms w/ outdoor showers, a cave for divers to explore, and water too cold for some to cool off in. Great place for snorkeling, diving, swimming, and kayaking. We didn't bring our kayak and really regretted... More

Beautiful place with fabulous water; excellent place to kayak! I have never seen water so clear! Even when 15' deep or more the bottom was clearly seen.
