Well darn! We drove all the way here and we couldn't swim, and wouldn't want to. Health advisory and gross looking. We came back to ponce de Leon, it is beautiful. Next time we will try again maybe it will be clear. It would really...More

The dive shop at Vortex Springs recommended we try this spring. It is free to dive here and just a few miles down the road. You can drive up and unload your gear fairly close to the water. Like Vortex Springs the water was really...More

Not sure if we came at the most horrible time or what, but the whole place looked flooded and the water was brown. There were covered picnic table areas, but we weren't about to stay there with Ponce and Vortex down the road.

This is a gorgeous natural spring that is now managed by Walton County. They have done a beautiful job making renovations and improvements including adding a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk and a boat ramp away from the diving dock. Best of all, there are NO entry fees....More

Very nice, small beach area. Picnic tables available. And all for free. Divers love it! Great for a picnic, lay out in the sun, and a dip in the water. The water is pretty cold, but super clear moat of the time!

Seems like a nice adventure especially in warmer days and clearer water. My husband and I were out for a drive and ended up there. I found it on google maps. We will definitely go back in the spring.

I have a condo in Panama City Beach, and decided to do a little exploring. On the way to PCB a couple of weeks ago, I stopped here. Very nice!

Brought clients here on two occasions. Very happy with the conditions. Visibility was great to fair based on how many people are in the water and when the last flooding event occurred. Park staff do a great job keeping the parking lot clean. Can get...More

I have visited many pristine springs in Florida, and based on reviews, couldn't wait to see Morrison. What a disappointment! I'm sure the recent bout of non-stop rains affected it, but the springs were a murky mess. Looked nothing like the photos plastered here and...More
