The park is kept clean and there is plenty of parking. It's a beautiful beach with bathroom facilities in all parking areas. One can ride a bike, roller skate, walk, or run along the road.

This year we paid the fee and drove into Island Beach State Park. You can't find a better sandy beach. The facilities were good, but this year they have added a grill and outdoor pavilion which serves adult beverages- what a great addition.

The beach is clean. Has bath houses and a restaurant. Beach opens at 8am. Get there early for best sitting location. $12 for out of state vehicles, but worth it.
