This 3-mile switchback dirt road without guard rails climbs 1,100 feet up the side of a Mesa. The view is fantastic, but don’t forget to keep two hands on the wheel.

Possible? Probably - the dugway was build for heavy trucks carrying uranium ore. Recommended? I don't think so: 11% grade, dropping 1200ft in 3 miles. You gotta be damn sure of your brakes. I thnk the official (State of... More

The Apache Trail is fairly flat and long. The Moki Dugway is more adventurous!
