Had a great time visiting the Smithsonian Museum of Natural Hystory with our family. The girls were very entertained and my husband and I were drawn to every exhibit. The photography and jewels room were amazing and breathtaking. There are coffee shops, several IMAX movies,...More

Visited with our children, and we all absolutely loved this museum. There is something here for everyone. Our kids range in age from 5-9, and all of us, adults included found the museum very interesting/engaging. My personal favorite was the mummy exhibit, my 5 year...More

Awesome museum just loved everything and so did my teenager. If you watch one of the 3-D movies sit in the top middle, that gives you the best views

We stopped on a whim. Good news is it's free, has multiple shops, movies, gift shops. However, it's over crowded, security was the rudest of our whole stay in DC, can hardly move a stroller for all the people, and the noise makes you unable...More

So many exhibits to see, almost overwhelming. Some exhibits well done, others seemed to be a little crowded and not a good flow to see all that there was. Overall enjoyed the museum, and found it to be interesting. Great to do on a hot...More

This is a must visit when you go to Washington DC. I don't know why I have to write a minimum of 100 characters.

Wonderful exhibits but very crowded after lunchtime. Would've liked to have stayed longer but had to cut visit short due to crowd.

Okay, this was huge!!! We tried to do it and American history museum in a day, and I was lagging towards the end. I would recommend separate days, or just a quicker walk-thru!

This is a wonderful museum with lots of interesting exhibits. Because of the variety of exhibits, everyone should find something of interest. There is a security check when you enter, so be prepared for a little delay. It is well worth a visit.

There are no parking garages anywhere near the entire mall area. There is very limited free street parking on Madison Drive, which is one-way heading west. Start at 4th St. Get there very, very early. Also, Jefferson... More

The museum of natural history has everything-geology, the Hope diamond, Neanderthals, cave replicas, under the sea exhibits- there's just so much to explore. The hundreds of teenagers there seemed to love it.
