I passed by MINT’s downtown studio regularly before finally venturing in to see what was actually inside. At first I thought It was a bit of a funky set-up—the entrance is in the middle with workout areas on either side—and have since come to really appreciate the way they’ve utilized the space. The front desk is welcoming and friendly and... More

They have something for everyone! I really liked the Barre classes offered but the facility is amazing in itself. Lots or cardio, strength and assorted equipment but not overcrowded. The areas are all meticulously maintained and they think of everything. Infused water, towel service, toiletries and beverage station with coffee and tea. I loved the steam room. My only dislike... I recently booked two massages - mother-daughter - for my daughter's birthday. We both received an email confirmation showing 2 massages, which I printed and brought with me. When we arrived, they only had one of us booked and had only one massage therapist on the premises. The receptionist tried but could not find an available therapist to quickly come... More

Stayed at the capital Hilton and used the gym. It is a commercial gym inside the Hilton. It has multiple levels separating the areas. Ample machines and equipment to suit most people. As a guest you get free entry is you a HHonors member. Has a good steam room and facilities. Used it twice and the only thing they need... More

My husband and I received a one night stay at the Capitol Hilton as a gift, along with massages at the Mint Spa located within the hotel. Immediately it was not your typical spa experience. You check in at the hotel gym front desk and they send you with a robe and slippers down the hall. There is no reception... More

OK, I have yet to workout here, so I can not talk about class quality. I can say there is a large variety of them throughout the day, which is why I joined this club. Very clean gym and shower area, locker rentals available, towel service, laundry service, free wifi, and many other perks with certain memberships. Very modern facility... More
