Easy way to get around. Stations everywhere and plenty of bikes available. Easy to get most places within the 30 min included time. Highly recommended

Cut to the chase, if you want to rent bicycles for more than 30 minutes and you want freedom to go wherever you want in DC for a couple of days and then return a bike... Go to a local bike shop and rent one....More

We always parked bikes at the nearest dock to the location we wanted to visit, even if we had to walk 5 minutes.There are also several docks near Metro stations. I do not recommend you leave the bikes in any other location... More

If they are in a backpack carrier you should have no problem. They don't have bikes with the seats on them for toddlers that I saw. Just remember that some drivers drive like maniacs and you need to take extra precautions... More
