Nice statute

The statute is nice but this really just a very busy Metro stop with buildings all around it. I would not make go out of my way to visit.

For $1.25 to 2.50 per trip plus a one time cost of$2.00 for your card, I was able to travel from my hotel on C street via L'Enfant Plaza to Union Station for lunch to the memorials to the museum. The metro stop was clean and the workers very friendly.

This is a busy and centralized Metro stop more than anything else. There are a few shops and a couple of food choices, but it seems pretty mundane overall. Unless this is a Metro changing or departing point, its probably not worth a special visit.

Had not read reviews on the Plaza and were quite surprised by the size of it and all that was offered. It did seem to have renovation going on in some areas but never having been here before and not knowing much about it we thought it was an interesting place to be, especially since we had to go through... The whole plaza seems to be under renovation and it is about time. The hotel is closed. The office buildings have been undergoing renovation too, and it makes a big difference! Parking is underground and somewhat difficult to obtain if past 10 am. It's $20 per day. There is an underground food court with an entrance in the plaza. At... More

I know, you're thinking this is just a Metro Station; well, yes and no. L'Enfant Plaza is a HUGE Metro Station/Hub, directly attached to a hotel complex, and containing what is likely the single largest indoor conglomeration of inexpensive eateries and shops in the city. Virtually any variety of food can be found here, as well as sundries, a pharmacy,... More

I am surprised by the negative reviews of L’Enfant Plaza in Washington DC. On October 4, 2016 friends and I visited 2 nearby museums close to L’Enfant Plaza. We took the underground subway from our location to the L’Enfant Plaza Subway which is closest to the American Indian and Air and Space museums. We exited to enormous setting filled with... More

L' Enfant Plaza is more well known as the last metro stop in the District of Columbia than as a plaza shopping mall. Saturday and Sunday are the two days that most shops and stores are closed. Even sign to get to Metro station is a bit confusing. the L' Enfant Plaza promenade is an empty big space with nothing... More

Stopped to catch metro. Really love the metro. My town could really use it. Once you get your bearings the Metro is very easy to navigate. We enjoyed dinner before heading back to hotel.

We wanted something to eat because the food trucks had left by that time. That or we didn't know where to look, hehe. But it looks like a new mall, everything is clean and they have a Panda Express. Plenty of seats to chill out at and enough food tables for the food court.
