The decor inside was beautiful and the music in all rooms was fabulous. The staff was friendly and the drinks were well crafted. We has a blast on our mini vacation. Something different from the night life in Atlanta

18th St Lounge is a longstanding chill-out spot for locals. Home to Thievery Corporation folks, this multi-room, multi-level club has a variety of scenes within the same bar to suit different moods. The first room with cozy couches and chairs, dark and cool and romantic....More

Stopped by ESL with coworkers for while in DC for a conference. Loved the vibe that his place puts off. Drinks were great and the live music was excellent. Will be back again when in town for work.

I've been here a few times on the weekends on a late night. It's a very cute, quaint place and is very laid back. There's a lot of space and various areas to explore. The main bar can get pretty busy and I would recommend...More

Everything I expected to experience since I knew Garza and Hilton (Thievery Corporation) started this place. Difficult to find at simple glance, the entrance to the Lounge is just a door between two shops, leading to a staircase. Really unassuming from the outside. Once you...More

This is one of my favorite clubs to visit anywhere. The music is diverse on all floors and the live bands that are there are top-knotch along with creative DJing. Non-intimidating scene. This is not the type of club that attracts the bro-crowd.

Really cool concept. Each room/floor is a different theme. On the top floor there was live jazz, the rooftop was world music (middle eastern and Indian music), the center floor was hip-hop/EDM and the last room was disco/techno-ish mixed up. It was a good time,...More

As big Thievery Corporation fans we were really excited to visit the lounge on a recent trip to DC. Several different rooms with bars and DJ's, and the first night we went (Saturday) there was a live band upstairs after 11. We went back on...More

Went briefly and loved the space but music and drinks were not hitting to my caliber. Perhaps on another occasion I will try again

This was a great place for getting our night started after dinner. Multiple rooms with different music, including a jazz band upstairs. Cindy was great behind the bar, accommodating & welcoming. Whenever I make it back I'll be going to 18th street.
