Sat on the bus for 2 hours in traffic. There is too much drum and pipe music. I miss a live tour guide.

Nine of us traveled to DC and knew to use the night bus tour to see the monuments. This is the company to use...professional, guides top notch, follows a schedule. I purchased tickets in the Union Station lobby (be sure to go to Big B) and had no problems. Lined up at 6:50 and was able to be gone by... More

It is not worth the money. I bought a 2 days trip with my kids. Expensive and I wasted 56 minutes for a bus to pass. When I wanted to take the night bus, the driver told me that she was going home. Don't go! Get a cab!

We had Mr. Chris Lee as a tour guide. Very nice, very informative, very professional. HE KNOWS Washington DC. We couldn't have had a better tour guide to see our nations capital. The bus itself was very comfortable. Aside from some of the tree branches being too low on the city streets, it was a wonderful time.

I want to thank Michael Burrus with the Big Bus tours. He went out of his way to help us while we were in Washington. My friend and I were trying to find the Bus pick up and Michael not only showed us where to go, he literally walked us there. He made our day on the Big Bus very... More

I live in the DC area and took a friend to the Big Bus Night Tour which takes you around DC memorials/monuments and makes 1 ground stop to the Lincoln Memorial. Despite going on multiple tours over the years, this was the first time I learned SO much about history thanks to the Tour Guide, Vern! I consider myself to... More

Purchased 4 adult tickets. Only rode two buses the entire day in DC. There were no buses to ride. We waited over 30 minutes at a bus stop and never saw a bus. We ended up walking. The one bus we rode had a tour guide who was very good. The other bus did not have a guide, the driver... More

We are sorry to read you were disappointing with your experience. As per the brochure, the advertised snacks and drinks are not provided on the bus. The coffee is provided by the Corner Bakery Cafe at any of their 6 Washington, DC locations. The Gelato is provided by Pinstripes at stop 45. The Garrett Popcorn is provided at the Pentagon... More

Purchased the 2 day ticket with the night tour. First bus had a great tour guide, sat up top-definitely a must! You can't see well on the bottom level & some are not air conditioned well. But the second bus we got was pretty bad. Didn't arrive at location marked, then the driver shut the door on a 9 year... More

This was an amazing way to experience the National Mall and other National treasures. Mr. Lee was our tour guide for the night tour. He was knowledgeable and caring. He went tracking through the rain to get everyone rain ponchos while we were at the Lincoln Memorial. He spoke with reverence about serious topics and added humor in a way... More
