I hate to inform you again, but this state park is closed again due to no funding. Alot of work has been done to clean up and make it safe to use and on better accommodations. My last visit there was for a baptism. It's such a beautiful place to take your family.

The manager of the park is very helpful. We were renting the cabin and bringing an RV. The Cabin was for my Dad and I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. She was very patient in answering all my emails. The lake is supposed to be good for fishing, but we didn't get any bites. There were paddle... More

I'm not much for true deep woods camping so I was quite thrilled to stay in one of the 4 little trailers on the property. I was able to make all of my initial arrangements over the phone and arrive late the first night. This was extremely helpful! The woman working at the front office is very polite and made... More

I visit little river at least once a year. I rent the cabin for a weekend in April every year. It's a beautiful place. I love taking photos of the beautiful dogwood trees in full bloom and the wild flowers. My son loves to swim and float down the spillway. The management is also very kind to us. The park... More

My family and I stayed a few nights in the trailers they have at the park. For fema trailers, they were pretty nice. The only issue th at we had is that while taking showers the water would go up over the edge of the shower floor and flood the bathroom! Thank god we brought lots of towels! We were... More
