A pleasant drive east of Phoenix, easy to reach. A variety of trails between 2-5 miles, a few longer. Some climbing, not too difficult. Trails are generally in good condition.

We stayed here 14 great nights. Beautiful scenery with Superstition Mountain right there. Wonderful hicking trails at all skill levels. Nice large campsites. Only downside is no sewer hookups but dump station is easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again sometime.

This is one of the most beautiful areas of Arizona. If the breath-taking views aren’t’t enough the weather is a huge perk!
