We had an outstanding Docent who toured us through the home of the Lighthouse Keeper. The restoration is a wonder and the early history of the lighthouse makes it more than worth the $20 fee. No need to worry about parking as there is a...More

This was a working lighthouse 50 years ago, manned with a small crew of Coast Guard workers, and while automation has made a crew basically superfluous today, the lighthouse continues to function automatically with modern equipment. Itis definitely worth a visit, if for nothing else,...More

Beautiful lighthouse, the best part may be the ride up to the place. The grounds and buildings are very nicely restored.

This is a quaint little light house. It is part of the local charm in this area. Take the time to head out to the pier and see the sea lions up close.

I recommend the ladies wear slacks/jeans if you would like to climb to the top of the lighthouse. It is a narrow, adventurous staircase to the top. Worth it!
