Best mountain beer company

Let is be said that I like my west coast IPA's. Aspen Brewing make a fantastic IPA, balanced and still hoppy but not drop dead hops all night like for example, Stones IPA or... read more

The beer was good, but the place is just a typical sports bar/pub. The tvs were loud and showing hockey and basketball highlight. The best thing about the atmosphere is that it was comfortable for all ages. I had a pint of delicious porter and tried the saison, which was good too.

Mu husband and I went to CO for our honeymoon and were only in Aspen for 3 days. We went to Aspen Brewing Company 2 of those 3 days! The people working were super friendly and the beer was on point! Even the root beer was good. Wish they would open one in Virginia :)

Every time we visit Aspen, we make a pit stop at the brewery! We love the location, that it's dog friendly, the view from the balcony and obviously the BEER! We'll be back!

Great place to grab a happy hour beer with friends. Great view of Aspen Mountain. On nice days the balcony is a great place to sit. Located in center of town. Can order food from Over Easy located downstairs. Bar small snacks.

Let is be said that I like my west coast IPA's. Aspen Brewing make a fantastic IPA, balanced and still hoppy but not drop dead hops all night like for example, Stones IPA or 60 minute IPA etc. It's a great little spot upstairs in town and lovely friendly welcoming crew of real locals who know the mountains. I would... More

Stopped in for a first time visit recently. The place is located downtown aspen on the second floor with a small outdoor seating area. The beers were good, we enjoyed them and no complaints on the beer. However, in general the first impressions of the place upon walking in is that it is really lacking in an updated fresh, well... We stopped in for the beer flight. Sampled the six beers. Had some peanuts and relaxed. Service was fine. There was an outside patio too. It's a bar not a restaurant. Nice spot to chill after hiking at maroon bells.

Stopped here for a beer after visiting Maroon Bells. Brewery is upstairs and has a very tiny deck with a great view of the mountains. Stepped up to the bar looking forward to some information on their beers and instead received a "what do you want" for a greeting. We said we had never been here before and asked about... More

Stopped by to try a few of their beers and enjoyed them very much. Unfortunately the place is pretty much a hole in the wall. Staff not very attentive as they were busy hanging out with friends. Lots of places in town serve good beers so ABC might want to focus on making the place a bit nicer for their... More

Looking for a beer, a view and a dog friendly place? Well this sums it up, no pretense, no frills, no food but good beer and a small second floor deck where you can watch the paragliders...
