Shopping and restaurants to meet the needs of any shopper. The area is walkable but can be easily accessed with your car. Parking seems sufficiently accessible. Nice place to visit in all seasons.

This out door mall has the feeling of being in a small town. During the summer months they have a farmer's market every Saturday. During the winter month they have an ice skating rink in front of the movie theater.summer also brings concerts every Thursday....More
We needed several different gift cards for various aged relatives and we were able to get them all at Southlands. I still don't really care for an outdoor mall in Colorado but Southlands attracts most of the stores we need.
