My 14 year old and I rode this trail and had a lovely day. We started at the Killarney station and rode to just past the Chaplin Station and back. The weather was perfect and the trail is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of stops with restrooms and water. We biked through downtown Winter Garden. It was decorated for Christmas... More

The nice thing about the West Orange Trail is that there is bike riding for every level. If you are looking for a relatively easy, leisurely ride, I suggest you park in downtown Winter Garden and rent a bike from one of the cycle shops. It is 5.2 miles to the beginning of the trail and a flat ride that... More

Nice quiet place to get some exercise while giving your mind a place to rest. Plenty of trees for a nice shade along the walk

Very impressed overall with the West Orange Trail. We biked from the Killarney station (the start point in Orange County) to the Chapin station, about 7 miles, then back. The trail is well maintained and mostly free of dangerous intersection crossings. The busiest area is navigating downtown Winter Garden, but there were more pedestrians than cars. I like that there... More

Plant St. Winter Garden, FL 34787, great bikes and great service, we selected to bike west on West Orange Trail that first took us thru Winter Garden, the trail is very... More

Drove to Winter Gardens, rented bikes and headed west. Very easy and pleasant ride. Interesting greenery along the way. If you have a bike lock, suggest stopping at Oakland Nature Preserve and hike. Very interesting and fairly easy trails. We stopped at West Orange Trail Bikes and Blades and turned back (approximately 5 miles each way). On the way back... More

This is the third time we have used this trail and I can not say enough positive about this great and inexpensive way to entertain yourself for the day. Ride at your own pace and their are plenty of places to stop and look around or even if you need to stop and take a rest. If your family is... More

Difficult to follow the trail on a bicycle without getting lost of off course. Needs clearly visible signs on which way to go to remain on the trail. Otherwise it is a nice trail and a very enjoyable ride.

I often ride on the West Orange Trail with friends. The many trail heads give you plenty of options for where to start and how long you want to ride. The fact that water fountains and bathrooms are available at trail heads and "comfort stations" can be fount at many outposts is an added bonus. A couple of years ago,... More
