Absolute highlight of our full day snorkeling tour! I've never seen so many sharks and all other fishes in my life, plus I was snorkeling beside them...

It is a bit unnerving when the boat pulls up and immediately you see several large nurse sharks (harmless) and many stingrays and eagle rays come right over to the boat. Then it's time to jump in and snorkel up close and personal with them. Simply awesome. The guides know the place well and bring the animals up close and... More

What an incredible adventure!! I can't believe we swam with sharks. Our guide, Lil Alphonse, was amazing. We felt perfectly safe, thanks to him. And..as a result had an adventure of a lifetime! The sharks were amazing. Do not hesitate....do this snorkeling trip. It is a blast!

Shark alley with one of our trip highlights. We snorkeled in so many feet or sharks in various species of fish. Our guide actually jump the water which created a Shark Feeding Frenzy which was spectacular

Part of our snorkeling tour was Shark Ray Alley. Here the guide throughs chum into the water which attracts the sharks and many other types of fish and Stingray. Well worth the additional time on the tour.

The fish and sharks here are summoned by the sound of arriving boats, and they know a meal is coming. Not the tourists, but the chum that the tour operators feed them. Upon arriving, your boat will be surrounded by docile nurse sharks and rays! Please don't fear them and jump in the water as soon as you get there!... More

It gets very crowded, but rightfully so - being in the water with many nurse sharks and stingrays of all sizes is quite an experience! The good news is that neither the sharks or the rays will harm you. The area is also full of large horse-eyed jacks that want to have some of the guide's sardines too. The water... More

We loved our snorkel visit here! Pulled up and looked overboard ... many nurse sharks just swimming around! They did dissipate from our direct boat area when they realized our boat captains did not support chumming/feeding them. They were still all around us when we got in though. I personally appreciated the "no feed " stance of our boat operators!

This is the second stop on tours going to Hol Chan Marine Reserve. It is awesome to see all the nurse sharks and eagle rays up close, but it sad the tour operators chum the water to get them there. You will make a quick stop at Shark Ray Alley. As soon as the boat gets there, everyone quickly gets... More
