This reef was about an hour boat ride from Caye Caulker. My wife and I completed 2 of our open water cert dives here, then returned for an additional 2 dives later in the week. Very calm and clear water gives you a great view...More
There are several snorkeling vendors on Caye Caulker but we highly recommend Carlos' Snorkeling. His office is located next to Amor y Café. He took us out on his catamaran from 10am to 3pm. We had 3 different snorkeling locals, saw sea turtles, sharks, sting...More
We dove this reef twice and our dive group of 5 bagged about 80 Lion Fish! We went with Sea Star and The Dive Bar cooked them up for us; Delicious!

A day trip to the Turneffe Atoll is a must for any scuba diver who visits Belize. The wall dives are amazing and the sea life you experience is nothing short of fantastic. It is most definitely an experience you will treasure.
The reef formations, colors, slopes and drop offs where the best among the best. We enjoyed great visability and had a female Nurse Shark that came from time to time to check us out. Don't miss it and if you're with BDS diving shop, then...More
