We stopped here during a dive trip. While there, we had lunch. This Island is a spot of sand in the middle of the ocean. There were some cool fish that you could see when you snorkel around. Other than stopping while on a trip,...More

We enjoyed our visit. Our boat crew took us snorkeling here, and cooked us a nice barbeque lunch. The island has hammocks and lounge chairs, a restroom, and a small gift shop. The only downside was walking out to the snorkeling area was very hard...More

The water was beautiful, the company that provided our food prepared a fantastic meal! We stopped to swim while on our way to the caye and saw turtles and other sea life.

I took a 1l2 day snorkeling trip to Laughing Bird. Although it was windy/waves, we were able to go to the other side of the caye for a beautiful snorkeling day.

Our guide brought us to Laughing Bird. There is a small fee to park there and use the island. It does have a pavillion and a restroom. Our guide used a BBQ grill and made us lunch. It was about a 25 minute boat ride...More

Seems as though Belize is selling off many of their cays to rich folks leaving several cays in a marine preserve. Laughing Bird Caye was heavily touristed and although the reef was in fairly good shape, it was as good as in the past. I...More
