Took a tour April 26, 2017... Wish I had done a bit of homework in reading up on significance of discovery... Otherwise well organized tour. Note: there is no gift shop yet, or any phamplets of history ... This ruin is short and easy to tour, the bus ride is probably the most challenging as you look outside and realize... More

Our guide was Lyra Spang and her vast knowledge made this site come alive. It was a royal residence, so if you're looking for large temples, this is not the tour for you. The views were breath taking.

We came off the Norwegian at harvest cay. We took a boat ride to shore, then a bus for an hour to the site. Biggest tip: bring a snack. Our tour started at 11am and ended late afternoon. There were no places to get a snack. The site itself is still in its infancy. It is cool to see a... More

One of the BEST excursions during our 7-Day Western Caribbean cruise from New Orleans with Norwegian while in Belize. Our guide was very informative and very educated (Willy). The park was clean and well taken care of. Our family had a wonderful time hiking through the park. The travel to the ruins carried you through the banana farms. Great experience!

Enjoyed the ruins very much. We had toured 3 different ones and this was one of our favorites. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

Nim Li Punit is a lovely Maya archeological site known for its many stellae. It has a small museum and interpretive center with stellae and translations of their inscriptions. The site is easy to explore without a guide. There were no other visitors present when we were there and it was beautifully peaceful and serene.

This was our visit to Belize from a cruise. It was a drive from the harbor to the site. Our guide was excellent, he had been involved in the "restoration" and a Maya descendant. It was a bit of a climb but we had time see the various sections of ruins. The stela were especially interesting. There were piles of... More
