I have been to the Information Center many times infact, it has many helpful things as well as clean area to rest at if needed. It is a convenient place to obtain information on places in Georgia to visit. You can ask questions if needed, and read charts. I found it educational.

Very nice staff. Courteous, polite, and helpful. Received much needed alternate traveling directions due to road closures due to hurricane. Thank you for guiding me in the right direction to get back home!

I am a stressed evacuee who stumbled into the beautiful and amazing GA Visitor Center, asking if they knew of a room available for me and my pets. - In an instant the man called a hotel, one pet room available - right down the street. Wow - what service! The hotel was the Jameson and it was totally awesome!... More

Here is a building, well designed, inviting, on the outskirts of Augusta, as you enter Georgia, and one would expect it to have a supply of easy to find information about the near region! But no, this waste of time place has gone out if it's way to present material about every area of Georgia with equal priority! This focus... More

Kate was so informative and friendly! She went above and beyond to show me all the wonderful things about Augusta - and Georgia! I've never been in a Visitor's Center before... and now I plan on stopping at every center I see! Ps, thanks for telling me about the Kroc Center ! :)

We were looking for a certain children's museum and after spending nearly an hour searching, we visited the Visitor Info Center and found out it no longer existed. All of our other questions were answered. Great job!

I'm partial to visitors centers. This GVIC was spacious and organized along the state's nine tourism regions. The bathrooms were clean. I just wish they had 24 hour open visitors centers.

Always my first stop before a trip. I went there a few days ago for some current coupons and hotel deals. Always worth going to.
