Great view of the Savannah River and good weather for a picnic. Stop by Hildebrand's on 6th street and take out a sandwich for the best lunch in downtown Augusta.

Weather was good. After spending time in the car felt good to walk plus learned about the river and it's history. First tik.e in Augusta. Love to learn about new areas

If you are expecting something like the Riverwalk at San Antonio, forget it. The majority of this walk is on top of the levee and there are absolutely no shops, restaurants, etc.

We enjoyed our walk through the river walk. Quaint vendors set up. Wish we had more time to see more. Very family oriented. Great place to walk, ride bikes, run, etc

We didn’t seek out to end up in Augusta but what a pleasant surprise. Beautiful, quaint, romantic riverwalk! If I lived here I’d be proud of my city!!
