There are restaurants, rest rooms and a few shops here. On our Friday evening visit there was a good vibe and friendly ambiance.

nice but the beaches are not like on tv. You really do have to sow up early and it helps to have local show where to go.

Several cute shops, eateries, and a great gelato store make the town of Haleiwa, the perfect place to stop, kick back, and take a break, especially if you are driving completely around the island. Yes, the usual tourist shirt shacks and knick knacks, but also some great art galleries, and several good spots to refresh over a soda, beer, or... More

Nice variety of shops, from touristy souvenirs to high end shops, a good mix for every taste. Not exactly the Ala Moana Center but a fun place to visit. This is nothing like Honolulu, but a laid back surfing/artist type of town

We were on our way to the Polynesian Cultural Center and stopped at the Breakers for a late breakfast. We were both pleased with the taste our our food, the price and the service. Be sure and sit outside for breath taking view of the area.

went to Breakers for breakfast twice this week. We heard mixed reviews about them and I have nothing to complain about. It was quiet in the morning, we had friendly service both times, nice simple breakfast sandwich to start off the day right. Recommend this place to anyone saying in the North shore!

We went to Breakers last night. Food very good, very good service and live music which was very "Ben Harper" - minus vocals. 4 kids and 4 adults very happy! Also very reasonably priced.

I nice collection of shops and cafes in this North Shore village. Be sure to give the Breakers a try. The food was good, the prices very reasonable and the service was excellent. My family was here in Oct., 2004 and we all enjoyed our meals. I tried the fish and chips which was fresh mahi-mahi hand battered and prepared... More
