This is the biggest mosque in the world outside of Mecca and can accommodate 25,000 people inside and 100,000 outside. Certainly worth a visit when dropping in Casablanca!

My plan to visit Casablanca was to visit this mosque. It's difficult to capture the scale of this place in any one photo. AMAZING!

If you visit Casablanca make certain to visit the Mosque. One of few that non-Muslims may visit. The structure is magnificent outside and inside. Make sure to take docent tour for some great insight on the building and how it was built.

Very luxurious and well constructed. Tje architect is fantastic and the location is more than perfect. Inside interior isn‘t as nice as the exterior. Very nice pics can be taken there. Sorry that the ocean sidewalk was concealed.

The mosque is definitely a must see. Even if you're not staying in Casablanca, it is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the Casa Port station.

Hi, I am sorry. I truly do not know. But in the tour they said many times that the mosque was intended to be visited by all by the wish of the Morrocan King. There is a website that you can try to see : mosquee-hassan2

If you want a tour of the mosque, don't plan on a Friday visit. Friday is the sabbath day for Muslims.
