In our Marrakech trip we took fantasia everything at Chez Ali. They greeted us with dancing tribes. Then we had a dinner. After that men with the horses made a very nice show. I recommend.

The child in me enjoyed the tackiness of this tourist attraction. The 'caves' were fun, the photo opportunity for them to have you posing with a couple of belly dancers, the very very loud music and dancing setting the atmosphere, the rather stale nibbles and...More

A group of 5 of us came here for our New Years celebration, paying 1,200 dirhams each for the “ New Year privilege”. We left it last minute to book something for New Years so we went with this. When we arrived there, it was...More

Chez Ali has been coined a must visit in Marrakech solely because of its long existence in the city but let me tell you that this place is everything you shouldn’t visit. The show is horrible. It looks like they just go out there and...More

Not worth your time and money. 30 minute drive from central hotels, bad and very loud native music, non-existent service (had to remind twice for drinks for the kids, also no vegetarian options). Many people smoking around us at the show. Also it was very...More

The food was quite tasty, but we could not really enjoy it as we were disturbed every 10 minutes by groups of dancers representing the various regions of Morocco who came table to table to sway and dance around us looking very bored and indifferent...More

Pros: The venue is the highlight of Chez Ali. Venue is well maintained. Dinner is inside a Moroccan style tent. Venue is clean. Clearly, a lot of thought was invested in making sure the venue has a good ambience befitting the high entrance fee. Food...More

Majority of the reviews I've read here were right. Food was nothing special. The horseshow & belly dancing show were confusing & underwhelming (not to mention badly lit). So if you don't have money to spare, don't pay the exuberant cost. If you're just curious...More
