What a lovely cafe. Good food, great sun terrace (although the sun is not on all tables all the time!) and a truly lovely owner who makes you feel very welcome and at home. Well worth a visit while in Marrakech. Bring a book, order a very taste cup of tea and some healthy food and get recharged from the... More

As a single woman wandering around the medina, this was a wonderful place to just hang out and get some peace and quiet. The staff were very friendly. The food was pretty good, nothing mindblowing. Nice selection of teas. The henna was very good and I was glad it was all natural ingredients. I felt very comfortable here as a... More

We sat upstairs on the tiny terrace and it was warm and sunny, covered with a red roof to keep the sun off. I was delighted to see vegan options on the menu, simple food but inexpensive. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Henna took only 5 min for 1 hand. The aftercare was also amazing ( instructions... More

I found the henna cafe relaxing, although it was quite expensive all the money they make from the henna they put towards a local education. You can trust the henna they use as it is pure and natural. They offer a wide range of patterns that you can have or, in my case I designed a pattern for my hand... More

That looks more like a "Baba cool" place than a restaurant. Food is OK but not unforgettable. On the other hand a very good place to get a henna

We just left this place and don't think we would go back. We were excited to go here and we walked for hours looking for it and a bit disappointed when we arrived. It was just too cold and uncomrtable to sit there and eat while freezing :-( The staff were all lovely and very friendly. The food was very... More

Though we didn't get henna, we felt as though we got a great Moroccan experience! We had a Marrakech sandwich and falafel, respectively, which we enjoyed. Then we shared cookies. The music was western but the experience truly Moroccan.

We came across this little place last night and we enjoyed it so much that we came back for lunch today! The atmosphere is warm and relaxed; the food is delicious and the idea of having henna done while drinking Berber tea and eating little cakes is far more appealing than having to haggle in the souks! The service is... More

I really enjoyed the relaxed environment with warm color, nice music and nic stuff. The food was good, not a big selection. Henna tattoos are really good quality as long as you stick to their design. I really recommend this place and I will definitely go back if I have the opportunity.

I'm inclined to be forgiving because this seems to be a volunteer-run charitable organisation, but if you're after a good meal I'd give this place a miss. We went for dinner at about 7pm when it didn't appear to be that busy, but I still had to wait ages for my meal (and looking at other tables noticed I wasn't... More
