The Spa is part of the hotel which we were staying in so we used it every day for steam, sauna and relaxing. They seem to have a good range of products and very welcoming staff. There are a selection of steam rooms and a lovely spa pool built around a very old eucalyptus tree. You can also get your... More

My first impression at the arrival was more than good; a very personal welcome and great service at the bar. The architecture a real dream as the suite. But it's to mention that the restaurant's kitchen is absolutely underground as the roomkeeping; which isn't done before 3 pm. Realy not a five star standard.

It was the worst trip ever due to the staff who showed an unprofessional behavior each one of them says different things when it comes to the palace policy. It was a Saturday night when I was coming back to stay for an hour in my friends suite ( by the way I recommended the hotel for them , they... More

We stayed at Es Saadi in October 2015 (two families with two children) and are regular guests there. We are always warmly greeted by a staff that stays the same over the years, which makes the guests feel like at home. The reception is very professional and reacts quickly to the guests' requests. The magnificent gardens are complemented by beautifully... More

The Es Saadi Palace hotel has been an oasis within the sheer chaos of Marrakech the Medina has such vibrancy, life and variety it can be overwhelming. Traffic is a thrill - not always in a good way! The Es Saadi is a superior hotel with great amenity, service and local style. Set in wonderful cool gardens and with several... More

This a a perfect hotel, great size and exellent infrastructure, very large rooms and very clean, the service is at a 5 star level as well. Located right in the middle from el fnaa and modern part of city. Spa is enjoyable and clean. Restaurants and bar good.

We arrived at the El Saadi Gardens but the hotel was under complete construction and most areas were closed to the public! As you can imagine we were very unimpressed and extremely disappointed as we were not told. But they were extremely good at managing our concerns when they saw our faces drop! Before we knew it we were whisked... More

I am very in doubt about what to give as a score here. If I could have written two reviews it would have been the best. My husband and I did the hammam and massage together. Both were amazing, although it took a lot longer then they said it would - the waiting inbetween the hammam and the massage was... More
