Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

Was taken to the lovely gardens by our tour guide at Lo Mejor de Marruecos and was glad of the security as there were a million touts outside and taxi drivers jumping all over other tourists as it was very busy. Inside the gardens were...More

The garden is overhyped because of its associated with YSL. It is nothing spectacular and has two separate fees: one for the museum and one for the garden. Neither are worth the admission fee.

Jardin Majorelle is within walking distance from the train station or you can take a taxi costing 20 MAD. It costs 70 for the garden and 30 for the museum. You are not allowed to take pictures inside the museum. Many tourists go there because...More

I would give this attraction 1 star but I had to give an extra star to applaud the owners of this garden/Berber museum for still managing to draw thousands of clueless tourists per day despite the advent of the internet. We saw the Ben Youseff...More

I came back to visit the Jardin Majorelle after 16 years and it was even better then the first time. The Berber Museum was well curated and beautifully presented. The garden was peaceful, full of colours, an oasis of calm in Marrakech.

This garden is beautiful with an interesting history. I liked visiting it but would not say you must go there. It is a nice place to go for families. However, as some reviews suggested, it is quite pricy - 70 dh, which I thought included...More

We came earlier, as a group, and were pushed through. However, line did not look difficult. As you clearly know, most people schedule trips earlier in the day, and 4 pm sounds like a good trick. Good luck!
