Mamba Club is a fun getaway for people looking to escape the hustle of Kigali. There is a 6 lane bowling alley, a restaurant and bar, a small swimming pool and volleyball courts. It just won an award (2016 Hoscar Award) for being the best hostel in Rwanda.

I don't have any passionate thoughts about mamba Rwanda. Not bad but not great, shower was hot but other than that nothing outstanding to report. To be honest having subsequently stayed at the Discover Rwanda Hostel in Gisenyi, I wish I had stayed at Discover Rwanda Hostel in Kigali. Probably would be more exciting to stay at the Mamba Rwanda... More

They have the only bowling alley in Kigali if not all of Rwanda. They have a children park where children can play while parents are doing other things. Popular with the expats. Swimming pool offers a welcome dip in hot Kigali. Their prices are descent and affordable.

Really cool set up, with a pool and bowling alley. The staff is friendly, and even helped me deal with an unfriendly cab driver. The hostel has many western guests, including expats from all over Central Africa. Great vibe, and a great place to meet others who travel/live in Africa. Get the tuna melt ---- BOOM!!! Best in town.

We are three Canadians travelling and we stayed at mamba on two seperate occasions. It was a nice place to hangout and the staff is super friendly. It is a youth club so there is kids that come use the pool during the day for swimming lessons and people using the volleyball nets. If kids don't bother you, it's a... More

Bowling at Mamba's was fun. There were plenty of lanes and everything was in good shape. Everything that you would expect.

This is a great place to stay while in Kigali. With dorm beds costing 10000rwf (£10) and privet rooms for around 20000rwf (£20), it is really affordable. It has a swimming pool which, although cold, is really refreshing in the Kigali heat. It also has bowling facilities which is only 3000rwf (£3) per person and great fun. The service is... More

Nothing fancy, but nice atmosphere if you like it simple. The staff is nice and friendly and all is easy going. Had typical brochette with chips and a bit of salad and I liked it very much. The prices are reasonable. But this is also a family place, they have a loot to offer, including a pool. If you want... More

Great hostel cum bar/swimming pool/bowling alley. Food is delicious, swimming pool is cold and deep and the beds are comfortable... What more could I want from a hostel?!

Friendly atmosphere very clean. The place has private rooms and dorms. Food is a little slow order and wait one and a half hours but food is good. It has plenty of facilities such as a pool and volleyball court. It has a great buzz about it and has many Rwandans who visit in the evening. Not the same as... More
