This is a day's visit from Kathamandu. Vajra means fire. The main attraction in the temple is a resting Vishnu.

The temple is close to the main Pashupatinath temple and can be visited during your visit to Pashupatinath temple.

Yes the temple is still standing but it had observed some damage during the 2015 earthquake and the renovation is going on.
