avoid toilets they are very dirty and full of bees. If you want to avoid the huge crush of tourists go in the afternoon.

It depends on your fitness, I saw a really obese old French man doing that trek, he was sweating a lot but managing, just take it slow with plenty of rest stops.

Hello, For sure a child of 9 years old could trekk to Poon Hill. It is very easy. As for a guide, I hired a very helpful and able from Pokhara. And very economical.I introduce him absolutely
