I am a regular yoga practitioner and have been in the industry for more than 5 years now. I have been twice to the studio. First class, teacher comes in with a portable microphone, yells through it saying 'Today we are going to rip your core to shreds, you are going to hate it'. The class ended up being a... More

This is by far one of the best studios I have ever practiced in. It's spacious, clean, gorgeous decor, generous with amenities ( free mat, towels, even toiletries :-) super friendly staff and a great drop-in policy. I did four Bikram classes during my last stay, the classes were very energetic with very experienced and attentive teachers. Some of the classes... More

I have been practicing yoga for five years and Absolute Yoga (Silom) is the worst experience I have ever had. I am visiting Thailand for a few weeks and was really looking forward to practicing yoga during my visit. There was no peaceful / calm / professional instructor. Teacher arrived late, came in shouting at a rapid pace, her English... More

The place is just incredible, friendly helpful staff, amazing changing rooms with everything to use there is included, meaning you just take yourself and a change of clothes, my first teacher was Knot for yoga pilates, a very enthusiastic teacher, pushing you forwards at every second, encouraging, extremely professional and fun, my second teacher was Luke for Hatha yoga, he... I have enrolled a 1 year course a month ago and I find out that teachers are very cold and ignorant! They always talk in the class and rarely touch students for adjusting their posture. And when the class end, they disappear very quickly. Moreover, some foreign teachers use their feet to touch students to encourage them to move more.... More

Was in Bangkok for 5 days, and looked for yoga studios to practice in. Went in for trial session at their Amarin studio since this is nearest to where my hotel is. I used the trial voucher sent to my email so I only paid thb350 for the session. Reception staff were nice and accommodating. Shampoo and soap smelled good.... More

if you're looking for a gym to start doing yoga this is the right one, especially for beginners. most of the class is hot yoga in variety forms but basicly they are almost same. there are some hatha yoga class and a bit of vinyasa just to make class schedule looked optional.
