This was a fantastic way to see the waterways of Bangkok (and very relaxing!). Took the boat all the way to the Grand Palace and saw lots on the way. We had a tour guide with us (Ginny from Tong's tours who was fantastic!) so that helped in regards to getting our tickets at the right price! No problems -... More

Very easy to use, fast and furious, gets you exactly where you need to be if your are unsure of taking regular taxis around Bangkok's beautiful river area. Dont be shy, jump on and enjoy !

This is a fine boat, however, it stops all the same places as the local water taxi's. If you are in a hurry take it. If you want local culture and flare and pay MUCH less, take a regular water taxi.

A must Bangkok experience you have to do. The most famous river in Thailand. Try a day ride then do a night ride. BEAUTIFUL

Not necessary to hop in one of this Express Boat...just get an ordinary long tail boats or water taxis...but for comfort ride than you might wanna get the tickets directly from the Pier rather than from the street scammers...too much for a short ride

The standard express boats of the orange line travel along the Bangkok riverside. For THB 15 you have the same route as with the tourist express boats, but for only a fraction of the price. You only miss hearing the medium informative, but hard to understand sightseeing explanations.

Riding the express boat is simply one of the best things to do whilst in Bangkok. Wherever you want to go, try to include a boat ride as part of your day. Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Chinatown, Asiatique, all easy. Or just go on an adventure, hopping on and off when you please. Staff is very busy but will help... More

It was a good mode of transportation, an enjoyable experience, and definitely worth the price. There are different types of Chao Phraya Express boat. We only saw a few of them as we waited for the orange flag boat at Oriental Pier: 1) Orange flag boat which costs 15 baht for a one-way trip (which can get a bit crowded... More
