Yunomori Japanese Onsen & Spa Bangkok

Yunomori is the first authentic Japanese Onsen and Spa in Thailand, and it brings ancient Japanese Onsen bathing culture together with traditional Thai massage techniques to create a uniquely relaxing experience.

Bathe in healing water sourced directly from the thermal springs of Wat Wangkanai. The temperatures and mineral content of these sacred waters detoxify and relax the body, making it supremely receptive to the holistic Thai massage skills of our Spa’s expert therapists.

Yunomori is a retreat from the hectic nature of city life. Whether you need to escape for an hour or a day, our Onsen, Spa, Cafe, and Beauty Clinic will nurture you back to perfect health.

It is a very clean and comfortable place. It has a small cafe so that friends can have a small chat before go into Onsen or massage. The massage therapist varies though but most of the time you can get a fair one. Recommended

This massage & spa establishment is still my first choice when I go massage. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. It brighten up my day when I see them always smiling at us. I visited Yunomori twice during my 5 days stay in Bangkok. On the first visit the temperature seemed lower, but on the second visit it seemed... More

Their signatory package is super value. The onsen experience and great massage after that, release all the fatique in your body. Recommend to go during off peak hours for better enjoyment and spend longer time for their service.

I didn't use any of the massage or spa services - only the onsen, which was adequate - though the overall experience was lacking. Staff at the entrance were polite but not really welcoming or friendly. Lockers were small, with no option for hanging clothes. Locker-room bathroom consisted only of urinals, should you need a toilet you had to get... More

This place is really clean and the service is great. Technicians are great and the products are ok. Price is not expensive, but definitely not cheap for Bangkok. The onsen option is great if you have the time. Show up about 30-45 min before your appointment and have a Japanese traditional style onsen experience. Follow the route as stated on... More

Yunomori Onsen & Spa is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The impressive building sets the stage for a wholly relaxing and high-quality experience. The moment you step in, you know you'll have a relaxing time! The professional staff are most welcoming and the process is clear and painless. The massage Therapists are well trained and... More

The onsen area is not big but with quite a number of pools for dipping. Not suitable to visit during the peak hours. Massage needs to book at least several days before via email. Free tuk tuk shuttle from the onsen place to bts (train station). Have to find your way there.

2nd times visited the Yunomori Onsen, first time was in Singapore. The outlet in bangkok is much bigger as it is a two-storey building. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Quickly after the registration and given the locker key and slip of paper for redeeming the towels and bathrobe. We were guided to the shoe room for the slippers exchanged.... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
