A temple worth visiting in the center of Bangkok (close to BTS Chit Lom). The surprise is the small forest middle in downtown Bangkok with beautiful statues. Often on Sunday people are bringing food wich is freely distributed. You also can request to stay there and sleep for 2,3 or 7 days.

The largest Wat of it's kind in the middle of the city sandwhiched in between CWP and Siam Paragon. Huge division into four compounds of the reception of few Wats directly over looking Radjadamri Road...the main Wat at the back of the monastery and a little wood park where you can relax and seek for peacefulness. The patron of this... More

It locates in the center of Bangkok, next to Central world, Siam paragon shopping mall. In the center of the pagoda, there is the beautiful stone Buddha statue.

It sits between two large shopping malls and an untidy, trash littered car park that separates it from busy Ploenchit Road. The Buddhist , constructed in 1857by Rama IV in what were rice fields, the temple is well presented and attractive and worth seeing as it is only one of a few items that refelct local culture around..

My boyfriend and I went so we could see some of the local architecture and culture. We got in for free, and maybe because it isn't tourist season yet, there didn't seem to be anyone around? There were hardly any signs anywhere as to what we were allowed to see and what we weren't and it was quite a short... More

Found this temple from Tripadvisor so I made plan to pay a visit during my August trip. We went in the morning and managed to join the locals for the morning prayers and blessings by the monk.

The temple is located in the middle between Siam Paragon and Central World Shopping Complex. This is one of the famous temple in Bangkok and easily reach for tourist by BTS-Siam just a short walk way. There's the grocery store at front of the temple so you can buy stuffs to offer to the monks at the temple or you... More
