This is part of the Grand Palace precinct and is interesting to stop and examine. We've not been to the real Angkor Wat so it was interesting to see the detail and layout of this mini version.

A funny thing to see but I definitely prefer the real one! The Temple that it is in, is also worth visiting! So when you are there anyway just have a quick look!

Mini Angkor Wat is a min. immitation of Angkor Wat. It is placed in the Thai Royal Palace and was contracted by King Mongkut, who ruled the land in first half of 19th century.

this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off
their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most
spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to
Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around
