Apsara is a dining destination not to be missed, whether you are a local resident or a visitor to Bangkok. Converted from a vintage rice barge, Apsara is an elegant restaurant in Bangkok, cruising along the Chao Phraya River. The first-class service, royal Thai cuisine freshly prepared on-board, make Apsara the best way to dine on the river and enjoy the night view of Bangkok. Free optional transfer is provided from Banyan Tree Bangkok at 7pm for hotel book-direct guests. Dinner cruise leaves from River City at 8pm.

We arranged this cruise from the UK as there are only about 50 seats available all by a window so there are good views whilst travelling u the river. The menu is six courses and includes a welcome drink. The food is excellent as is...More

Staffs Phim and Fern attended on our table, very thoughtful of them, as my wife was feeling cold as it was raining on that night, offer a scarf for my wife to keep warm. Food was nice and the atmosphere are not crowded and noise....More

I stayed in Banyan Tree and I can tell that this was a well organised Dinner Cruise and they took FIVE STAR care right from departure from the hotel. As it's a small cruise, we all were very well looked after and I can highly...More

Unlike most of the cruises that leave the same harbor, Apsara is elegant, and the food is decadent. It isn't buffet style so patrons get the romantic feel and the boat has a great view from all areas. The boat isn't entirely enclosed but in...More

I booked this dinner cruise through a travel agent and was at first quite hesitant about going. However, dining in a normal restaurant sounds boring to my mom and the 10-year-old girl traveling with us, I decided to give it a go. Our table was...More

The cruise was well organized and ones need to reserve in advance. When boarding time arrives, each guest is checked off and escorted to their assigned table. The food was very good and the service was very good considering the number of guests. The cruise...More

There are a number of dinner cruises you can consider in Bangkok, but if you're looking for a more traditional experience, low key, great service (served to table, not buffet), high quality food, then Apsara is a better choice than the commercial 'cruise ship' options....More

All in all a great experience. Tip to ladies, bring a shawl as the cool nights’ breeze can be chilly. (Otherwise the amazing staff can provide you one) The price compared to the meal isn’t really great value for money compared to other Bangkok food/restaurant...More

We did this cruise as we were not enthused by doing a buffet dinner cruise with a few hundred people! This option is more costly (AUD$240) for the two of us without hotel transfers but you definitely get what you pay for. From check in...More

The cruise is a great experience for a stay in Bangkok. You get a really relaxed view of the city and see some amazing sites. The boat is small relative to some of the boats on the river and that makes for a good experience....More

Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but
here you’ll find much more than international banks

can find in the town-house restaurants, office food
