Our cooking instructor was so lovely and such fun. We learnt how to do 12 different dishes or sauces and were able to eat them all - don't eat before! The food was amazing, the place is fab and it's definitely worth every penny! Highly recommend this cooking school for all ages and all people!

100% recommend this cooking school. Every dish was delicious and the teacher was so lovely. A variety of dishes were taught, both savoury and sweet. And you could even take home the food if you couldn't eat it all there!! Would definitely go back to do it again

Initially I was a bit disappointed but that feeling soon disappeared as we started making sauces for later dishes. The secret recipe for the Tom Yan chilli paste will be a hit with whatever you serve it with. We did a large variety of dishes with great explanations and everything was very tasty. The teacher also explained when and how... More

My partner and I decided to do a 3-hour cooking school where we learned 9 dishes! I am a meat eater, but she is not. That being said, this was one of the best experiences I've had and the food is to die for. We each saved our recipe books so we can cook Thai food at home in New... More

Great experience the morning thai cooking class. 9am-1pm 1500thb, 9 dishes. Go with a super empty stomac, you'll have to eat/taste a loooooot of food. The place is clean and food is fresh and delicious. The restaurant is also super good and cheap. 2 min walk from K San Road but hidden in one of the alleys. I definitely recommend... More

We had an instructor called one/won? Who lead our cooking class. We did the two hour session for a quick session. It was so good, we made four dishes ourselves. Our instructor (one) was very entertaining, we were constantly laughing and we even danced at the end. The instructions were given via a book and through the instructor (one) who... More

I spent a few hours an afternoon at the cooking school together with three others. I had a wonderful time and learned so much. It was quick and our teacher very good at keeping the pace and telling us why we'd do things in a certain way. I went home the day after and immediately starting cooking the best thaifood... More

I did a 3 day cooking course with May Kaidee and i really enjoyed learning to cook Thai food. They showed such simple easy tricks to make your meals delicious. Noody, our instructor was a fabulous teacher and he was extremely patient answering all our questions. At the end of each class we were stuffed with such delicios and healthy... More

We are a family of 3 with a 7.5 year old boy. We were late for 1 hour, but we are still able to cook a great few dishes and ate at the same time. Food was so delicious, made from fresh ingredients such a great way to learn more about thailand. Dishes and recipes are amazing: mango sticky rice,... More

This was a most recommended experience. You really do not need to be an experienced cook to enjoy the class. It was directed at beginners but you could also book intense courses if you wanted to. I went on an afternoon course with my husband and a friend and we were joined by another lovely lady. We learnt a variety... More

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
