A great way to see real Thai life and push yourself.

Booking Sam was definitely the best decision! He took us to a 4-day tour from Chiang Mai, and showed us around in the mountains. He is very knowledgeable, always in a good mood, joking around and his english is great! He knows this area and the people very well; on our first night we stayed with a family in a... More

My friend and I took a two day trek tour into the mountains, first day we climbed to a peak and then walked to a very old village through some paddy fields, the place was properly authentic, even down to having no electricity! The tour guide Sam was fantastic and very fun and helpful, showing us first hand all the... More

My partner and I, both in our 60s, wanted a trek that didn't include elephants, whitewater rafting, or anything more than simply trekking and appreciating the scenery.. We found 'Go With Me' just outside Thapea Gate. The owner, who uses the name of Sam, is both an anglophile and a committed trekker. With him we arranged a 4-day, 3-night trek... More

Recommended by a friend, we meet him in the early morning at the entrance of his shop. Two hours in his 4X4 Toyota, choosing our lunch in a street food restaurant on the road and then departure into the jungle. Sam has its own trails in the jungle and as he frequents them not every day, he must re-open them... More

We were shocked when we arrived in Thailand and saw the masses of tourists in the temples, souvenir markets and of course at the beaches. We wanted to spend Christmas off mainstream and by chance we ran into Sam, who is tour guide, cook and manager of his company in one person. What makes his tours special is, that he... More

Such a surprise at the pickup in the morning. The tour was not operated by Go With Me tour but by Panda Tour. We would have really appreciated to have been warned of such a change in the program. That's the reason why we didn't rated it 5. We booked for a one day trekking "off the beaten tracks". The... More

Chiang Mai is beautiful, so if this is your first trek, you'll love pretty much any of them. This being my second I was disappointed that the guide, Sam, was more interested in taking us to his village than on a scenic & interesting trek. Pros: no other tourists on your paths, Sam's relatives are very nice in the village.... More

We did the “3 days - Remote off the beaten trek - Mae Hong Son” with our 2 boys (12y and 13y) These were quite big trekking days but we all enjoyed (all the family likes hiking) Scenery is really beautiful - great diversity – and Sam is a very good guide + he is very knowledgeable about the plants... Wow! We got back to Chang Mai last night from an incredible 2 day trek up into the mountains about 2 hours from the city. We went with Sam who runs "Go With Me Tours" - your perfect happy-go-lucky tour guide who loves cracking jokes, is a great cook, a careful driver (with an amazingly comfortable, new Toyota Sports Rider)... As a 70-year-old above-knee amputee I had reservations about my 70-year-old wife and myself undertaking a 4 day tour of Northern Thailand. Tour started from Chiang Mai and included Dio border National Park, Taton border village, Golden Triangle, Mae Sai border town and Chiang Rai. Features were Long Neck Village, Doi Tung National Park and hilltop Princess Mother Garden. Things... More
