Terrible place to go. There are beter places to go of you want to see elephants (elephant nature park or patara elephant farm, both close to Chiang Mai AND take good care for the animals)

Visit elephant nature park where the roam free but you can still interact with them! Elephant nature park will also pick you up from your hotel it's a truly inspiring place and defiantly worth a visit! Elephant nature park is... More

I didnt like at all since it seems that the elephants are hurting. Its very unatural for the animals... But! Riding the elephants bear -back is totally awesome... A lot of places do that- just ask Anyway- please try to avoid it- there are a lot of great things to do here without hurting the elephants!!
