We saw these animals being ridden up and down the hills carrying multiple people in the heat. If you love elephants, this isn't the place for you.

I fell over twice on the way round the paddy fields to get to the elephants, so make sure you wear suitable clothes, although a change of trousers and top is offered on arrival at sanctuary.

i don't know how other organizations are, but with this one you can pass an amazing day in the forest with elephants....this is not a turistic attraction, you will ride an elephant by yourself.. AMAZING!!!
